The consistency of maple cream is light and spreadable, very similar to the consistency of a light peanut butter. Its name comes from the fact that it has a creamy texture and not because it has any dairy products added to it. In fact, it should have nothing added to it. Woody's Maple Cream is made using 100% pure maple syrup. Maple cream is perfect as a spread on bread, pancakes, muffins, toast, crackers and biscuits or as a dessert frosting. Take a small container to work with you one day and it's guaranteed not to last the morning.

Special note: Our pure maple cream is meant to be kept refrigerated. Once your maple cream is delivered please place it in the fridge. It is possible that a small layer of syrup will form on the top. But don't worry. Just stir it back together and enjoy! If you order extra, throw them in the freezer.

Creamy Maple Goodness

The Maple Cream from Woody's has a great Maple flavor and the sweetness of this cream does not overpower the flavor of the Maple. The maple cream is very creamy and easy to spread. I find that this maple cream does not crystalize as much or as quickly as others I've tried, so another product I add to my list of purchases from Woody's.
